We are working on our porches and have a dumpster in front of our house on N. Highland. Last night about 10:00 p.m. someone loaded a significant amount of wood including 2 green kitchen swing doors into the dumpster. I saw the man quickly tossing it in from my third floor, but could not get down in time to confront him. I did not see any vehicles pull away so I suspect he was a neighbor taking advantage of the small dumpster we paid for. The sad thing is, had the neighbor asked, we most likely would have let him use the dumpster, but instead I am now emailing the group wondering what my rights are if I ID the culprit, or any others who believe it is fair game to take advantage of a domestic, rented dumpster.
