Our new gas fireplace, a Valor, is not working. We used two fireplace places that we are *not* happy with. I would not call them, in case it helps someone here to know: Ed's woodshed, and Comfort Living. If someone has a different fireplace company, high-end, that they recommend please let me know. thanks!
