At the risk of accomplishing exactly the opposite of my intent, I do want to say that I know that this has become a very contentious political issue for some. It is not my intent to contribute to any of the divisiveness by putting together this list. Like I said, this could be helpful for everyone - Some people will want to boycott these restaurants, some will want to attend only these kind of restaurants, and some will be somewhere in between.
