Hi neighbors...  I just discovered that Duquesne Light is not the only game in town when it comes to providing electricity.  They are still the distributors, but we now have a choice when determining where that energy comes from.  A friend of mine, Michael Stadtlander, is a rep for Viridian, a new choice for providing green energy. This particular page shows the rates of their different products... they have a 20% green product and a 100% green product.  Make sure to click on the Duquesne Light tab, if that's who provides your current service.  It saved me money compared to what I'm paying now with DL and it will probably save you some too...  plus it's better for the environment.
