We're happy to extend a code to those in the Highland Pary community interested in adaptive classes for children with special needs. Please feel free to use the code 'IOPENUP' to register for a session at no cost. Please note: It IS NOT required that you or your child identify as living with disability to join! We aim to meet each student at their level of need and encourage parents/caregivers to participate while allowing their child to explore this new practice in their own way. Whether a student participates in all of class or just shows up to a mat, we structure our sessions around giving each student their best personal experience.
