Dear (former) neighbors, I used to live in Highland Park, but I moved to Brighton heights last Fall. I purchased two wedding dresses last winter, but decided not to wear this one. It was a floor sample, so it's been tried on a few times I'm sure, but it's never been worn outside of the store, and it's never been altered. Because it's a floor sample, it needs to be cleaned and pressed, but otherwise, it's perfect. It has buttons all the way down the back to the floor hem. The dress is strapless, trumpet/fit-n-flare, size 12. It fits pretty true to a size 12 in clothing. It is ivory satin with a satin champagne sash at the waist. The tags are still on the dress, so you can verify the designer (Allure Bridals), style number (P803) and size. Retail value of the dress is $750. I am asking $300 (or best offer).
