My roommate and I currently live in Highland Park and are not able to renew our current lease. We would like to stay in Highland Park if possible, but would consider apartments in the surrounding area (Friendship, East Liberty, Morningside, etc). We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment that will allow cats. A garage or walk-in basement is also high on the list of desired amenities. We are low-key (no wild parties), no smoking, no drugs. We have always paid rent on time. I am employed full-time in a stable job. My roommate is a part-time employee while working on a Master's degree at Pitt.
