Continuing a long tradition, New Year's Eve, Tuesday, December 31, at St. Andrew's Church on Hampton Street in Highland Park will include a musical recital beginning at 11 p.m., a simple service of the Holy Communion at 11:30 p.m., and at midnight, a climb up into the old Tower to ring-in 2014 on the Great Bell.
