Join me and other community members for a free, low intensity 45 minute walk (strollers welcome) around the reservoir at Highland Park starting from the water fountain at 930 am on the following Fridays: August 25th Sept 8 Sept 15 Sept 22 Sept 29 All walkers will be entered into a raffle for a free month of classes at my new studio, Rebel Wellness <https://www.rebelsinwellness.com/>, on South Highland Avenue!
