Hi - where are the smoke free areas/neighborhoods/apartments in Pittsburgh. Looking for places that are actually enforcing it with all tenants. I have really bad allergic reactions to cigarette smoke and am wanting to relocate here if I can find a smoke-free place. I am temporarily staying somewhere right now and don't know Pittsburgh at all so I'm looking for some help. Thanks! Julie
