Looking for a roommate for our 3 br 2 bath house in morningside. The house has a nice kitchen with dish washer and nice appliances, living room with a working gas fireplace, and a dining room on the first floor with laundry in a room off the kitchen. The basement is being finished should be done by the end of the month at the latest. Front porch small yard and a back patio with furniture to sit outside and relax with a drink. Off street parking very bright and open house. Rent is $367.00 + security deposit ($367)+ having to split all utilities with the other roommates (3 of us total) roughly be around $450 a month maybe $500 at very most total. No pets per landlords and they are a very nice couple just a call away if any troubles come up. Must be gay friendly since one of the roommates is gay.
