Well, Taryn just did something that I've been meaning to do for a while now, which is rave to this list about Stefanie! I studied privately with Stef for most of 2016 until a couple of life events got in the way. She is a fantastic teacher, wonderful person and has become a good friend. Start 2017 off with a gift to yourself and book a private session with Stefanie! You won't regret it. This is a great option to kick start yourself in to practicing yoga. Stefanie really customized the lesson to my needs and got me excited about yoga again! I signed up for a pack of 4 sessions but you can also do one at a time.
