[Highland Park] Election Update
SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATES TO SPEAK AT HPCC MEETING Bruce Robison, Program Committee chairperson for the Highland Park Community Club, has received confirmation from both Patrick Dowd and Darlene Harris that they come to the Community Club meeting on Thursday. The candidates will speak at the end of the meeting. They'll have 10 minutes each, followed by informal conversation after the meeting. The meeting is at St. Andrew's Church at 5801 Hampton Street and starts at 7:30 pm. VOTERS GUIDE The League of Women Voters of Greater Pittsburgh has made their voters guide for the primary election available as of today: <http://users.stargate.net/~lwvgp/election/VGMay2003.html> The guide was published in the Post-Gazette today including photos of each candidate. BIG SIGNS Some residents have already complained about the signs that don't conform to residential zoning code.
