We are in search of a person to provide back-up sick care, at our home in Highland Park, for our 14 month old daughter. We need care for those days when she is unable to go to daycare, but not sick enough that mom or dad needs to be with her. Ideally, the person would have frequent availability on weekdays during business hours (8-5:30) and some experience with caring for babies/toddlers (mothering/grandmothering experience would be great!). We hope that we could get to know you, so that our daughter would feel comfortable with you even when she's not feeling her best. If it worked out for everyone, we might also schedule some "well days" when she just needs a break from daycare and some one-on-one attention. Pay is competitive and negotiable.
