Your description--re: your car a couple of months ago, Bryant St--fits the guy who was apprehended 2 weeks ago on Browning after several stops on Sheridan (1300 block, dead end). He was in my back yard at 6:45am; our barking dogs scared him off. But, he also tried the front screen door, which was latched; again, the dogs barked. He was seen on someone's back deck after that, then walked into a neighbor's kitchen at 7am--!He had used a screwdriver to pry open her front screen lock. She ordered him out--he kept asking where the park/lake/water was, seemed confused/limited--and called the police. They apprehended him on Browning (with screwdriver), and had the neighbor ID him. Since he was also picked up for burglary in April, he will be in for a while. Also, other neighbors saw him in their back yard in April, and then going between my house and the one next door. They spoke to him, asked him to leave, called the cops--but he was gone. He seemed confused then as well. They also took his photo. Avram Machtiger
