I am looking for Breast Cancer Oncologists and surgeons that some have had good experiences with at West Penn and Allegheny General (not UPMC insurance).  Charles Geyer at Allegheny showed up in the top ten Oncologists specializing in breast cancer, but I know nothing about him. Raye Budway was another recommendation (surgeon) As was Kathleen M. Erb, MD.  (surgeon) Would appreciate suggestions and shared experiences. Thanks! -K Schultz
