I have been having a lot of "rust" like sediment intermittently in my water, hot and cold, which is clogging the filters in the shower heads and faucets. I am trying to figure out whether this is coming into the house this way, or is an internal problem with my pipes. I was wondering if any of my neighbors were experiencing this as well.
