Hi neighbors! We have 2 of these air conditioner support brackets. They are no tool install and billed as universal, except they didn’t work in our windows. I’d say they don’t work if you have a lot of decorative molding. We are past the return window. One is in the box still, and the other is complete but out of the box as we tried it out in our window.
