Dear Neighbors If you live in Highland Park on North Highland Avenue and would like a street tree(s) planted in front of your house this spring, please let me know. We are putting an application in to TreeVitalize next Tuesday and that will be the last chance to request a tree. The trees are free and the planting is done by volunteers.
