Hi Neighbors, This twin size folding cot has been barely used. Perfect for guests. Heavy duty steel frame. One edge of the mattress was scratched by our cat, which can be covered up, or just take the frame. It was stored on dry third floor. All is going out for bulk pickup Sunday night.
