Yes, unfortunately, we too have joined the ranks of smashed car windows. My parents' car was parked in front of our house on the 6200 block of Hampton & had a large piece of concrete thrown through the rear windshield. Presents for our daughter's 3-year-old birthday were in the back, and were not taken. It will be a long, cold drive back to Virginia for them, though.
