My husband and I are longtime Highland Parkers who have sort of an odd request. We would like to get out on the river in a boat sometime and wonder if anyone would like to take us out and we would pay for gas. We are looking for something leisurely for a few hours cruise. We thought that in this day of high gas prices, perhaps someone would like to share the costs in this way. Alternatively, if you have a canoe or row boat that you would like to rent to us for a few hours, that would also be a possibility. If anyone has any thoughts on this, please let us know.
