Hello all, Our family has had a wonderful nanny, Celeste Green, who has been with us since our children were born, 16 years ago. Now our children are both in high school and one of them drives, so we do not need her as much, but we would like to be able to have Celeste with us 2-3 days a week for the next 2 years. So if you are looking for a nanny a 2 or three days a week, or a few hours a day, please contact me. Celeste really connects with little children, she is an attentive caregiver, and I credit her involvement in my children's lives with helping to put my children on the path to being the kind, independent young adults that they are now. When they were toddlers, she took them to the zoo, Phipps, a park or a museum every week. The TV was rarely on when I came home, they spent a lot of time reading and playing games. Celeste also loves crafts--our house was filled with cute things that the children made when they were young. As they got older, she helped to reinforce good study habits and organization for school. In addition, she does many other things for the family, including laundry, grocery shopping, and coordinating everything from appliance repair to doctor visits. Many times, I would show up for a school soccer game (my daughters both play high school soccer) and she was still there cheering them on, even though her work day was officially over. She has her own car, and is a very careful driver with our children. She has not had an accident in the 16 year that she has worked with us. So as you can see, I can't say enough great things about her, and I would like her to find a great family where she can spend the next 16 years helping to shape the lives of young children in a positive way.
