[Highland Park] Help Wanted
St. Andrew's is going to be shuffling some of our administrative work this year, and we have a new part time position opening up which we're going to call "Financial Secretary." Basically this is going to be the person that makes deposits, pays bills, keeps records, and prepares financial reports. We estimate that the job will average about 8 hours a week--with a certain variability. Some weeks it might be 6, some 10. We'll need to have some predictability in terms of office hours, but this is also something that can be adjusted pretty flexibly to fit in with other work or family needs of the person doing the job. The person doing the job needs to be bondable, detail-oriented, computer-proficient, and familiar with basic financial management concepts. He or she should be familiar with spreadsheet software. There will be good training by our current financial manager and ongoing available support and supervision. A more detailed Position Description is available upon request.
