[Highland Park] [Update.unionproject] rent party, cafe food, clay classes
- www.unionproject.org - Party @ Union Project! Join a new Renaissance! In the spirit of the 1920's Harlem Renaissance - where innovation, creativity and culture spurred social change and equality - join the Union Project as we host a 'Rent Party'! In the 1920s, Harlem artists would hold parties with live music, food and drink and would pay their rent with admission earned at the door! Artists: Omega Love and Christian Dillingham Trio (Jazz, Soul & Blues); Peabody High School Visual Art & Union Project Artists; Silent Auction; Food & Drink; Dress: 1920's encouraged; 7 PM to 10 PM; Sliding Scale of $10-$50.
