Hi all - I'm a Highland Park resident and the parent of a second grader at Dilworth. I've started an initiative at the school to provide creative alternatives for indoor recess (the "default" activity in the PGH public school system, apparently, is to show the kids Disney movies in the auditorium...) In any case, I've been helped by an able group of parents, and we've been doing games and crafts with the kids. By all accounts, it's been a great success. Here's where I need your help. I would be interested in purchasing/receiving as a donation board games in good condition (appropriate for the 5-10 set), assorted Lego pieces, and Lincoln Logs from area residents.
