The Bach Choir is having an event you don't want to miss! They're going to be showing the 1931 classic film Frankenstein (the one with Boris Karloff) at the Oaks Theater in Oakmont, and singing 1970s R&B and Funk as part of the soundtrack. Details are in the attached flyer. This is a world premier and truly art in the making - a unique, one-of-a-kind experience. The Oaks Theatre is an Art Deco building with some real charm and a nice bar area. There is plenty of on-street parking everywhere in Oakmont, and the restaurants along Allegheny Boulevard are excellent! The band, led by bassist Paul Thompson, will include keyboard, bass, guitar, saxophone and percussion. Masks and proof of vaccination are required.
