Have you ever wanted to make your own kombucha or Jun (the green tea and honey version of kombucha)? Well I have just the thing for you - a 5" SCOBY and 1 cup of starter, appropriate for 1/2 gallon of brew. The parent was Jun SCOBY from Fermentaholics, and was raised primarily on green tea and honey. We switched to black tea and sugar and back again and it did just fine, so I'd say it's pretty versatile. Please reply if you're interested and we'll make the transfer arrangements.
