Last week I met again with Deb Gross, our councilwoman. *She is aware of our dangerous street. supports traffic calming including speed platforms.*. Council and Mayor are putting together the budget NOW. Deb Gross wants Heberton traffic calming to be a priority. *But she needs to hear from constituents again now for documentation*. Please do these things immediately (or keep doing them): 1. email bethani.cameron@pittsburghpa.gov. Tell Bethani you request traffic calming the full length of Heberton. 2. email Jennifer.haven@pittsburghpa.gov. Tell Jennifer you request traffic calming the full length of Heberton. 3. Call 311 and report speeding cars, speeding school buses *We see not only commuters but neighbors speeding up the hill. PLEASE, please slow down.* You are frightening children, people getting out of cars, families crossing to the school bus stops. It is dangerous. Thanks to so many for your support. The city responded once, and now there's a new excellent person in charge of traffic calming. Gross is hopeful. Joy
