I'm sure I am not the only one awakened night after night by *ridiculously loud* motorcycles flying through our neighborhood. These things have probably made small children cry, am I right? Turns out our city's noise ordinance does not apply to motorcycles. At the risk of being a wet blanket, I think it should. Our good councilman Patrick Dowd just received a letter from me about this.
