Thanks so much to all that replied.  I now have a lot of choices!  And for those of you who emailed me and asked me to share the list of doctor's...here are the results as they were received:   I recommend Dr Stanley Bosta.  His first concern is his patient.  He told my wife that he was not person to perform the surgery she needed on her ankle & foot. He sent her to an orthopedic  surgeon to have the surgery performed.
