Neighbors, I wanted to let you know about “PHO MINH,” a wonderful and inexpensive Vietnamese restaurant that deserves some attention. 4917 Penn Ave. and S. Millvale, very close to us. Just take Matilda Rd. from Highland Park/East Liberty and then a left on Penn. The “pho tai” soup is the best, and under $8.00 for a perfect meal. It is served with fresh bean sprouts, limes, and basil. The fresh spring rolls are really delicious. The service is friendly and efficient, and takeout is available. It is also BYOB! Please try this little gem in our own backyard. Their business suffered greatly during the massive street repair project so they could really use some new customers. Jana Finder
