Hi, there is a HUGE grey/brownish tabby cat coming onto my porch. He will approach me and let me pet him but is a little skittish. He appears to be unneutered and is missing a large chunk of his tail. The fur on his back is matted. Does he belong to anyone? Meg Callowhill St.
