Greetings! It's come to that time of year when we move out yoga practice indoors. Please come join us and enjoy a Hatha yoga flow which includes gentle warmups, stretching, strengthening and balancing poses. What a lovely way to begin autumn, a time when we begin to move inward. Tuesday yoga class will meet at 8 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church 5401 Centre Ave. Shadyside 15232. Enter through the Fellowship Hall entrance (follow the signs for yoga).
