While we are on the subject of the bathrooms at the reservoir, it reminds me that the water fountain has been pouring water onto the sidewalk since it was turned on this year.  It seems like such a waste of water, and it's also very difficult to get a drink without taking a shower as well.  I hope someone can make the needed adjustment.
