Original Mattress Factory came in second to Amazon out of 32 brick and online stores. So we went to Original Mattress Factory and had a good experience. We were greeted immediately and told the layout of the showroom, then left alone while we tried out the mattresses. After nearly an hour, we chose one and told the salesperson we were ready. We were never pressured to buy or bothered while we were testing them. We were never “upsold.” We bought it on a Thursday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday, exactly in the time frame promised. The old one was removed, but they don’t take steel frames. All in all we’re very happy with the process and the mattress. Anyone want a free steel king-size bed frame? lori
