Hi neighbors! I am ahead of the curve but wanted to put the word out in case anyone has leases ending soon: I am looking to downsize from my current apartment when my lease is up on July 31. Looking for a 2-cat friendly 1br or studio around or below $850 a month, with or without all utilities.
