Neighbors: Overnight, before 6 AM this morning, someone squirted paint from something similar to a super soaker water toy. The first two attempts from the sidewalk didn't reach their target so they went around the gate, entered our yard and gave the car parked in front six or seven pumps before their plan clogged up and probably covered them with more than they left the car and the concrete between it and their firing position. Observations: this occurred later in the night due to the still soft latex paint, it was done with something that pumps to shoot (water/ paint), intent was involved since there wasn't an empty container left at the scene and marks of dribbling squirts from the sidewalk show that they came ready to paint but didn't get the result they thought they would, no abandonment of any equipment or containers, no readily seen drips leading to or going from the house on the sidewalk; whoever it was drove up and drove away. Police called, a very kind officer responded within 30 minutes and a report made in case I needed to submit a homeowners insurance claim. Andy
