When I taught a composting class at Wilkins School Community Center a couple of months ago, someone on this list asked for a weeknight class. I'm willing to present a hands-on demonstration in my back yard (East Liberty) next week (8/1 - 8/5) if there's interest. We'll build a pile from scratch while we talk.
