Hello neighbors, Any advise on the upcoming PWSA water line pipe replacement in the neighborhood and signing the contracts that were sent to our homes.  I'm happy to have the lead pipes removed, but i'm confused as to how much damage could occur during this work and my financial responsibility for construction mishaps .All input appreciated.
