Help! I hired a landscaper to re-grade/re-seed my front and back yards (with the back yard requiring about 6" of fill). He did the front yard two months ago -- poorly -- and has for all intents and purposes disappeared, refusing to complete the back, which is an uneven, rocky, dirty swamp. I would much appreciate recommendations for a good, reliable landscaper to complete the job.
