Hello Neighbors! Obama Academy's Youth and Government program is raffling off two pairs of Steelers tickets for their Aug 9th game: $5 per raffle ticket & the money supports their excellent model government program. My daughter participates as a lawyer, preparing and presenting cases to a model Supreme Court. She is traveling to Chicago next month to participate in their National Judicial Conference. Other students participate as legislators and executive branch officers and staff. In this day and age it's clear that we need to teach civics and civic engagement and this program does a phenomenal job of doing just that!
