Neighbors: I saw the same man in the same car taking photos of a particular residence on Stanton Ave. about 2-3 months ago. I couldn't get to him fast enough to get his license plate number. I also saw him stop and ask a young woman on a bike a question. He spoke to her from his car. Probably worth getting his plate number and reporting him again. a middle-aged white male in a black Saturn SUV was driving up and down Jackson Street taking photos.

When he was clearly photographing/filming me I confronted him and asked what he was doing. He said, "taking pictures." When I asked him, "for what" and he responded, "for me." I told him [basically] to move along and that I was calling the cops.

I did report this incident to 911, but please be vigilant and report any similar incident.
