I received a lot of replies to my inquiry - but my inquiry obviously wasn't clear. My friends dont want to kill the bats, they merely want a professional to get rid of them, however it is the professionals do it. (I guess exterminator was the wrong professional to ask for, for this type of issue) They're an older couple who have a huge home with very high roof which will require scaffolding to get to where they've seen the bats dropping out of, so it can be properly sealed after the bats fly out.
