Hi Neighbors, I don't know if any of you signed up for the Citizen Observer Alerts as Cdr Brackney suggested, but there is not one piece of information from Zone 5 listed. I'm living in Japan but have close ties to the neighborhood and am interested in keeping abreast of the criminal activity taking place. Cdr Brackney, is there any way that Zone 5 can enter their data? It's of no use if we can't find out about our area.
