Happy New Year! I'm ecstatic to say that I'm pretty sure my cell phone plan contract is up. I don't know about you, but I can no longer stomach my monthly bill. I'm looking to downgrade to regular phone, instead of a smart phone and get a cheaper plan. My question is twofold. One, does anyone have an old phone laying around that they are not using? Two, can anyone recommend a cheap, but reliable cell phone service provider? It would be better if it was a plan that didn't require a contract, but if it's cheap, beggars can't be choosers.
