[Highland Park] Flowering Bulbs Needed!
The Union Project, a 501c3 non-profit organization located on the corner of Negley Ave and Stanton Ave in Highland Park, is in need of flowering bulbs (Dahlias, Gladiolas, Lilies, Black-eyed Susans, whatever!) to help spruce up our already beautiful corner lot. Volunteers will be on site this Sunday, April 22 to help get the new plants in the ground. Do you have bulbs that are taking over your garden? Can you divide them? Union Project staff will come pick up your divided plants on Saturday or Sunday morning. Your donation is tax-deductible (if you can provide a monetary value) and will help the Union Project achieve its mission of restoring the historic former Union Baptist Church. Email mel@unionproject.org or call 412 363 4550 ext. 21 and ask for Mel if you can provide flowers. THANKS SO MUCH! -- Mel Bricker, Rental Manager Union Project 801 N.
