I have two of the same Belkin Net Cams for sale. Both boxes have been opened but only one camera was set up and briefly used. You can connect to WI-Fi and download an app that allows you to remotely view your home or space. Net cam has night vision and can also be set up to send you email alerts when it senses motion.
