Neighbors, $100! We have again dropped the price of this excellent Maytag 24,000 btu air conditioner (w/ remote control). Please note if you do not have a 220 volt outlet in your house, you will need to install one for this AC. We had this done & it was not a big deal, and well worth it, because this AC was able to cool the entire first floor (in a big house). If you want to look at the AC today, it is on my front porch at 5541 Beverly Place, off N. Negley or off King Ave. If you’d like to buy it, bring $100 cash & 2 strong folks to carry it . It’s clean & ready to go.
