It is original to the house (100 y.o.) and looks beautiful. Nova was fantastic to work with from scheduling to clean up. The team that worked on my floor were true artisans. They really know wood and advised me on how how the stain would be taken up. They moved my furniture out and back, padded the feet of all the furniture and left me with a floor cleaning kit. They sealed up the doorways with plastic and were supremely careful about dust. There was not a speck of dust anywhere during or after the multi-day sanding.
